Well we gigged on New Years Eve at the Four Horseshoes in Checkenden and what a night we had.
We had a very lively crowd to entertain and they returned a great nights singing for us too.
For those who could not make it, we had a very special guest star arrive to bring the
New Year in in style with the crowd and they enjoyed their night of stardom.
Yes folks, arriving at 11:45pm was the magnificent Elvis Presley, who treated
the crowd by performing his famous American Trilogy.
Well, we arrived in the rain having driven through a mini lake and performed non stop from 8:30 until 01:30 in the morning.
It was a bit slow at first but like most places it was not long before the songs started rolling in.
By the time we had finished yet again we could not get all the songs done as we ran out of time.
We would like to thank Karen & Philip for booking us on New Years Eve and hope they enjoyed enough to want us back again sometime in the near future.
We would also like to thank everyone who turned up on the night and made it such an enjoyable and successful evening.
As you can see from the pics, everyone had a night to remember.
